How do you all cope with your paperwork mountain?

Hi - just wanted to introduce myself and get some help with research for my new business. I'm a new business but have more office experience than I care to mention (something over 20 years!). My goal is to provide a great service to small businesses - I know how hard it can be as my husband is self-employed and I come from a farming background.
