Bhen Solutions is a charity consultancy that seeks to develop sustainability. I have over 20 years of managing and developing charities and economic development. I seek to assist groups to :
> Review & improve internal operations
financial systems, governance, admin operations and management processes.
> Develop the vision
Identify the potential of the services offered and the scope to establish a more sustainable activity within the core mission.
> Develop longer term income streams
Core trust funding, corporate support, social enterprise activities and other income generators.
> Develop cross sector relationships
Through savings that Bhen Fuel Saver customers make, there is an opportunity for them to commit a small part of that saving (perhaps 10%) on a sustained basis to allow proper investment in our communities and I act as a free relationship manager. Essentially free CSR from savings with proper accountability through the relationship management role.
